Denise and her clients have found that Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. The practice of Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. You can personally intensify each workout as your body conditioning improves. Denise is certified in Pilates mat, chair and is a reformer Master Trainer with more than 10,000 hours of training and teaching. It is her passion to help all levels and abilities experience the benefits of Pilates.
